剧情简介：DBC·皮埃尔，1961年出生于澳大利亚一个科学家家庭，后随父亲迁居墨西哥，并在那里长大成人。现居爱尔兰。 年轻时，他染上了一些恶习，曾用欺骗手段出售了好友的住房并携款潜逃。如今他为此事感到愧疚。 他写这部作品是想对过去的行为作出补偿，并取笔名为DBC·皮埃尔。DBC是“Dirty But Clean”的缩写，意为“污秽而纯洁”。
