剧情简介：旧中国海关，除了逐年编制年报外，1882~1931年这五十年间还以十年为一期，编制了五期《海关十年报告》（Decennial reports on the ports open to foreign commerce in China and Corea and on the condition and development of the treaty port provinces）。每期《报告》以各关为单位，记述了改关所在地区十年内的社会经济发展情况。《报告》设计的内容很广泛，除了同海关业务有关的贸易和关税情况外，对工业、农业、商业、交通运输、政治、军事、财政金融、人口、文化教育、医疗卫生、邮政等等均有记述或统计。《报告》汇集了当时不少资料，对于研究这段历史时期有关各地区的发展、特别是经济发展情况，有一定参考价值。
