剧情简介：威廉‧蓋斯 (William Gass)
1924年生，美國華盛頓大學哲學系教授，並於1966年開始發表第一部小說Omensetter’s Luck及In the Heart of the Heart of the Country，先後得到了國家書評人獎。1995年完成代表作The Tunnel 。蓋斯教授被公認為美國當代傑出作家，1990年榮任國際作家中心主持人。
