Hagiwara's faction aligns with the Kanto-based Ichio Federation to block Sakuragi from becoming the third-generation boss. Targeted for assassination and detained by police, Sakuragi faces escalating conflict. The feud claims lives, including members of Hidetoshi Kaji's (Hitoshi Ozawa) Koga Family. Remembering Tokuma's wish to avoid internal bloodshed, Sakuragi withdraws from the race, vowing to step away. Yet, his decision may not bring an end to the turmoil...
