剧情简介：A film crew from the British Channel 4 TV program “Dispatches” arrives in Grozny in May this year, with authorization from the Russian authorities, to make a film about “the restoration of normal life in the republic", but at odd moments meets up with Chechen field commanders and even films their annual assembly at which they take a decision to extend military operations to the entire territory of Russia.
