The winner of the final match was declared the Survivor of the Fittest and earned a future ROH World Championship match. Notable participants included Cheeseburger, Silas Young, Shane Taylor, Punishment Martinez, and Matt Taven. In addition to the tournament, there were other exciting matches, including Kenny King defending the ROH World Television Championship against Joey Ryan.
