恒生劲爆Music World新城劲爆颁奖礼2011由香港新城电台举办，主题是“触动心灵 真音乐”。该颁奖礼于2011年12月28日晚六点三十分在香港会议展览中心Hall 5BC举行，今年一共颁发138个奖项。 颁奖现场星光璀璨，陈奕迅、容祖儿、方大同、Twins、谢安琪等各奖项候选歌手都身着盛装出席。整个晚上实际共颁发了143个奖项，歌王陈奕迅和歌后容祖儿此次依旧表现卓越，他们分别凭借四个奖项，成为男、女歌手中的最大赢家，并且两人都创造了连续5年夺得“全球劲爆歌手”的佳绩。而偶像组合Twins也获得了四个奖项，其在音乐方面付出的努力得到了认可。
