テレビ愛知ほかで放送された「声優バラエティー SAY!YOU!SAY!ME!」のコーナー“47都道府犬”を基にした作品。スタッフおよび担当声優は全て一新されている。キャラクターのモチーフはそれぞれの都道府県に関するものであり、それぞれの犬の声はご当地出身の声優が担当。ご当地犬たちによるゆるゆるショートコメディ！ご当地の名物をかたどった犬たちが登場し、自らの個性（都道府県の特徴）を最大限にアピールしながら、他犬とともに過ごす風変わりな毎日を描く。 “だるまさんがころんだ”をして遊ぶ５匹だが鬼の茨城犬に対して兵庫犬が文句をつける。東京がナンバー１で神奈川がナンバー２なのは仕方ないけど…。ナンバースリーはだぁーれ？
