Andaz or Andaaz is a 1971 Hindi romantic movie starring Shammi Kapoor, Rajesh Khanna, Hema Malini and Simi Garewal. The film was directed by Ramesh Sippy. The film was a considerable success and important in the career of Malini as an actress.

After completing his schooling from Nalanda, Ajay Kumar Saxena returns and is hired as a Teacher. He meets with savvy students, whose names are Jaya, Neelam, Shilpa, Sonam, Chunky, Govinda, with Jaya having a crush on him, and wants to wed him. He, instead, weds Saraswati, from a local orphanage, brings her home, while Jaya leaves the hostel and moves in next door. Jaya's agenda is to befriend Saraswati and thus continue to be near her lover, and she meets this goal with considerable success. When Jaya's dad is killed, Saraswati asks Jaya to move in, bringing chaos to Ajay's life amidst threats from a terrorist named Captain - who will soon hold the school and all it's inhabitants hostage.

Rajoo (Rajesh Khanna) and Sheetal (Hema Malini) are in love, and expecting some opposition from Rajoo's dad (Ajit), they marry in a simple temple ceremony. But Rajoo's dad vehemently opposes this marriage, and refuses to accept Sheetal. Then Rajoo is accidentally killed in a vehicle accident, leaving Sheetal pregnant and totally devastated. She eventually gives birth a baby boy Deepu (Master Alankar). Sheetal than seeks employment, and gets a job as a teacher. One of her students is a child named Muni, whose dad is a widower, Ravi (Shammi Kapoor). Since their circumstances are similiar, they become very close, and eventually decide to marry. But Ravi's mom )Achla Sachdev) objects to this marriage, and accuses Sheetal of being a woman of questionable means. In the meantime, a villager, Mahuva (Aruna Irani) commits suicide, and the villagers point the finger at Ravi, on whom Mahuva had a crush. Was Ravi two-timing Sheetal?

Chand(Kishore Kumar) an aspiring lyricist as well as a singer goes to a dance shows and sees Mala ( Meena Kumari ) doing a dance show. He is overwhelmed with Meena Kumari's performance as a dancer and decides that if she can get Mala to dance to his songs, it will be a winning combination. However the owner of the company that Mala dances for is skeptical to the proposition. However before anything happens Chand's father vehemently opposes the idea and Chand being totally disappointed and frustrated leaves house and moves over to Bombay to try his musical talent. He takes his friend Karim ( Johnny Walker) and his girl friend Raina ( Kum Kum ) with him and puts up with his garage owner friend in the city. They start doing shows and comes to attention of Mala who eventually asks her owner Ashok Babu ( Pran ) to hire Chand to sing songs with Mala dancing together.

Andaaz Tera Mera is a full of fun and comedy movie. The story line is two friends Amar and Prem ,their dream is common and both goal is similar. They want to Marry beautiful and rich girl. One day they both come to know while having tea that richest and beautiful girl is coming from London to do the business in India. They come to conclusion that they will approach the girl and whoever wins the girls heart ,they will marry how they approach her, how they win the girl heart and how they marry her is the story line this
