Tanya, an ordinary girl from a small village. A school leaver. After the death of her parents she is raised by her strict grandmother. Tanya dreams of escaping supervision and tasting freedom. But the heroine's first love is not at all what she dreamed of. Her classmate Sergey gets her pregnant, and it soon turns out that nobody but herself needs a child. Despite the pressure of her would-be mother-in-law, Tanya, having already arrived at the hospital, still decides to keep the baby. Unfortunately, trying to get away from Sergey's mother, the girl falls down the stairs - The verdict of the doctors is terrible: Tanya will never have children again. Despite everything, the heroine decides to start a new life.
