某大学的电影系学生们正在筹拍一部描写青年杀人的电影，星期一早上，助理导演喜代（前田爱 饰）因主演缺阵，只得联系话剧团演员池田顶替，以应对六天后的拍摄。导演直树（柏原收史 饰）被痴情女友尤加莉苦苦纠缠，她为直树转学、整容甚至自杀，早已是剧组闲时的谈资。喜代为帮助池田理解角色，向其借出加缪的小说，而主角到底因何并如何杀人，一直是剧组讨论的话题。在电影之外，剧组弥漫着恋爱的空气，直树背着尤加莉同场记交好，而喜代则陷入了三角甚至多角关系。十五年没有拍片的指导教师中条教授为一名女学生倾倒，赴约时却发现这是自己那位大龄学生的刻意安排……最终在电影开拍的当日，饰演因阳光杀人的池田带给观众荒诞的结局……
