The story of a couple entangled in string theory and their own relationships. An excursion to the quantum multiverse, where every action of the heroes, every decision they make, exists in all possible variants simultaneously.

Friedrich Nietzsche's Zarathustra returns in the shape of a female travelling teacher seeking shelter at the Alpine chalet of a bourgeois family.

The play follows Roland, a beekeeper, and Marianne, a cosmologist through their romantic relationship. Marianne often waxes poetic about cosmology, quantum mechanics, string theory and the belief that there are multiple universes that pull people's lives in various directions. This is reflected in the play's structure as brief scenes are repeated, often with different outcomes.
