The cooper gets a new partner - the lazy Petr Dzyuba and tries to get used to a quiet life on the outskirts. But, it turns out, he will not have to be bored. At DVRZ, order is established by a criminal gang, which is "crushed" by the local police. An honest policeman decides to fight crime.
