Japanese music variety show starring the comedy duo Downtown. A mixture of live musical performances, games, sketches and celebrity interviews.

While working as a porter Benjamin Twist mistakenly ends up on a cruise ship heading for the USA. Upon landing on the American coast Twist takes up work as a professor.

Meant primarily as TV fare, this standard, song-filled romantic drama stars Louis Prima as himself, and his real-life wife Keely Smith as Dorothy Spencer, a devout woman with a good singing voice. Dorothy is active in her local parish which like all parishes, is constantly thinking of ways to raise funds. One of the needy projects is a boys' camp, so when Dorothy is approached by Louis Prima to sing with his band she agrees only on one condition -- that he perform a concert benefit for the parish church and boys' camp. Roscoe Arbuckle loses his job to protect a young boy from the orphanage.

Musical comedy star Jimmy Leighter wants to get away from show biz and his leading lady Winnie Clark, so he joins the Army. There he gets the order to put on a show, Winnie Clark appears in a camp show, hears about his task and offers him his help. He thinks, she does it for her publicity only, so he doesn't want to know anything about this, till he finds out, that she has no such intentions.
