While playing in the snow one day at her shrine, the land god Nanami Momozono witnesses her familiar—the fox youkai Tomoe—collapse, with dark markings appearing on his body. Tomoe's former master, Lord Mikage, appears after his long absence and places Tomoe into a magical pocket mirror in order to stave off his ailment. Mikage explains that long ago, before he and Tomoe had met, the fox youkai was in love with a human woman. Seeking to live as a human with his beloved, he made a deal with a fallen god, but he only ended up cursed and dying. When Mikage discovered Tomoe, the god made the youkai forget his human love as a quick solution. However, something has changed recently to reactivate the curse; Tomoe has fallen in love with his new human master, Nanami. Since there is no way to stop the curse, Nanami wants to stop Tomoe from getting cursed in the first place by traveling back through time, even if it means they may never meet. As Nanami travels back hundreds of years to save her precious familiar, she discovers that she is far more closely bonded to Tomoe than she previously thought.

In the “White Horse” café, waitress and guests apathetically go through their routines. Meanwhile, the reality surrounding them seems to destabilise more and more: between white noise and the sound of tuning forks, between daydreams of galloping knights and ever-growing mountains of drizzling packet sugar. Ivana Bošniak Volda and Thomas Johnson Volda pile up layers of these images and sounds, until they crack – and clear the way to breathe.

A little girl called Ana went to buy some bread. In addition to her shopping basket, she also took an umbrella as it was raining. But the wind lifted the umbrella into the air, taking Ana with it. The Firebrigade came out to save the little girl but all their efforts were in vain. The umbrella, together with Ana and her shopping basket just kept flying further and further. Some pilots who tried to catch this strange flying object from a Helicopter were also unsuccessful. However, it all ended happily. The wind died down and the umbrella with the little girl hanging on, slowly came to rest in the same place from which it had taken off. Ana closed her umbrella, went to the baker's, bought some bread, put it in her shopping basket and went home. Aleksandar Marks and Vladimire Jutrisa are best known for such bizarre films as Nightmare and The Fly. But they also collaborated on children's films, and this is one of their best. In it, Anna takes a ride on her umbrella on her way to buy a loaf of bread.

Although being one of the first movies to take humoristic approach towards violent break-up of Yugoslavia, this motion picture is partly based on real events that took place in September of 1991. Few months after Croatia seceded from Yugoslavia, Federal military installations are still present with previously recruited Croatian boys trapped inside. One such installation is a garrison on a small Dalmatian island, commanded by Major Aleksa Milosavljevic. Besieged by local militia, Major Aleksa threatens to blow up ammunition depots with half an island in case of any hostile action. During the stalemate, art historian Blaz Gajski comes from Zagreb in order to rescue his son from the barracks. In the beginning of 1991, the Yugoslav National Army, which does not acknowledge Croatia's independence, is still holding the military barracks throughout Croatia. Blaz Gajski travels to an island in order to retrieve his son from the barracks situated on this island. The atmosphere on the island is intense. The local government has besieged the barracks, and local people have organized a festival in front of it. With their singing and recitals, they plan to force major Aleksa and his soldiers to surrender. But, Aleksa has planted explosives in the barracks and threatens to blow up the island.
