Allied propaganda in the form of cartoons and newsreels shows the rise of Adolf Hitler and the Nazis.

The race car drivers Robert Wenck and Kurt Harder are good friends. They become rivals when it appears that Robert is married to Eva. Eva was the former lover of Kurt Harder. Complications will follow.

Using exclusively archival footage, this documentary traces the rise and collapse of the Third Reich, from Adolf Hitler’s early years to the devastation of Europe and his suicide in 1945. Directed by Erwin Leiser, the film draws heavily on material produced and preserved by the Nazi propaganda apparatus to confront the mechanisms, imagery, and consequences of totalitarian power.

By combining actual footage with reenactments, this film offers both a documentary and fictional account of the life of Adolf Hitler, from his childhood in Vienna, through the rise of the Third Reich, to his final act of suicide in the waning days of WWII. The film also provides considerable, and often shocking, detail of the atrocities enacted by the Nazi regime under Hitler's command.

Aleks is a charming adventurer who substitutes for a contestant shaman who dropped out at the shooting of a high-rated television show, popular among psychics. He repeats a prophecy on the air that he overheard backstage. He foretells that someone in the audience is doomed to everlasting solitude and that her nearest and dearest will turn their backs on her. Aleks has no idea that what's been going on is no coincidence: he has become involved in a long-standing rivalry between two powerful wizards. These psychics have drawn him into a dangerous, mystical game with no rules. Strange events start to take place in the life of Tanya (Diana Pozharskaya), the girl Aleks "cursed" at the show. Aleks tries to assure her there is no "curse" at all, and slowly falls in love with her. Still more signs manifest showing the prophecy is true, and it begins to threaten Tanya's life. To save himself and Tanya, Aleks is forced to find a way out of this mystical mess.

Just before the local beer queen pageant, finalist Natalie Prast, a gossip columnist, is found skull smashed, with illegal drugs but clean. Prime suspects are the most fanatical rival, and the organizers, a former drug trade convict and local brewer Martin Kerscher, possible motives include blackmail. 'Fake' culture attache Rupert Wagner meanwhile dates the competitor from the administrative precinct staff.
