The series is set in the mid-1980s, at the end of the Cold War. Red Ketchup is assigned the most perilous missions by the FBI, and he pulls them off every time. The sight of his hulking frame, red eyes and orange hair is enough to make enemies quake. He breezily and brazenly takes every risk to achieve his ends, usually causing heavy collateral damage along the way. The FBI regards him as a liability and sends him to distant lands hoping he will never return. But Red Ketchup always makes it back!

A gangster comedy in which a hitman decides to quit his job to marry the beautiful woman who, thanks to his secret recipe, makes the best ketchup in town. Both cause considerable problems for the local "boss" and his protection money collectors.

This short documentary is about newcomers to Canada and what they eat. Funny, mouth-watering and visually delectable, it takes us into the specialty food shops where the ingredients are bought, and into the homes where the food is prepared and served in the traditional way.

昏暗、潮湿、闷热的小作坊内，面色苍白的工作人员正将满满一桶番茄倒入锅中，经过数道工序，做好的番茄酱缓缓灌入瓶中。偏远荒凉的小山村，干涸的大地上布满白骨，死气沉沉。村庄一隅，小女孩和她的妈妈正在地里采摘番茄，她们推着小车来到回收工厂，但是负责人根本无视母女俩带来的青色的番茄，粗暴地将她们赶走。回家的途中，小女孩在树下遇见一个憔悴羸弱的旅者。他为旅者取来水，对方为了报答她，送给她番茄种子，并给她以忠告。 不久，番茄发芽，小女孩发现，鲜血似乎能让番茄更加茁壮成长，可是她和家人必须付出更多的鲜血……

郭春宁 Maggie Guo 和她先生闫柏山山Baishen Yan合作的动画短片《番茄酱》入选了2012年巴西“世界之灵魂”2012 Anima Mundi动画节。Maggie是VFS媒体设计专业驻中国的文化信息交流人员。我们第一次认识她是2011年九月份September 2011她作为访问学者Visiting Scholar时。 《番茄酱》是一部动画短片（6分48秒），这是一部关于童年记忆的短片。当社会经济思潮转变，人的思想状态也在转变。 Maggie 告诉我们《番茄酱》是一个关于成长记忆三部曲中的第一部。她说：“这一个带有纪录片色彩的三部曲动画片。其中包括：《番茄酱》、《青春之城》和《蚊子叮脚心》。三部曲主要是关注死亡、性和社会活动三个主题。”
