"Ladders" is a comedy/ drama following the lives of three friends in their mid twenties as they try to work their way up the ladder of life whilst living and working in London.

When a Dominican teenager attends a fundraising gala for her youth mentorship program it forces her to face some uncomfortable truths about her place in the world.

Northern Britain is cold, bleak and impoverished, while sunny South Britain is a place of relative luxury. When Lord Tewkesbury, the owner of rich conglomerate, decides his son Giles needs more real-life experience, he arranged for Giles to work under an assumed name.
