Jeff meets up with a woman named Angela with whom he raised hell in high school when he attends his class reunion. She has become obsessed with 'the rush' of being spontaneous and wants someone to play with while she tries new erotic experiences. This 'rush' soon becomes deadly as her need for a thrill becomes more and more intense.

An easel appears, and soon after a canvas "walks" up from the floor of its own accord and takes its place on the easel. Now an artist's portfolio is seen, it opens up and different parts of a sketch which are enclosed therein, mysteriously fly from it upon the canvas until finally all the parts resemble the image of a man. When completed, the picture becomes animated and comes down upon the ground and engages in some merry antics with its own skeleton which shortly after is changed into a lady. After frolicking around for an interval, the man is changed to a sketch on the canvas; then it begins to dismember itself, one portion at the time. After all the parts of the sketch are in the portfolio, it folds itself up; then the animated person appears from some mysterious source and carries off the portfolio in which his own image is enclosed.

One morning, the Girl, the Cat and Drakosha wanted to go to the sea, but they noticed that something strange is happening in the city: bright colors disappear everywhere, birds stop singing, posters fade. Friends decided to deal with Wreck, who stole the rainbow and wants to deprive the world of joy.

This newly unearthed film, which Warhol shot during a concert at the Boston Tea Party, features a variety of filmmaking techniques. Sudden in-and-out zooms, sweeping panning shots, in-camera edits that create single frame images and bursts of light like paparazzi flash bulbs going off mirror the kinesthetic experience of the Exploding Plastic Inevitable, with its strobe lights, whip dancers, colorful slide shows, multi-screen projections, liberal use of amphetamines, and overpowering sound. It is a significant find indeed for fans of the Velvets, being one of only two known films with synchronous sound of the band performing live, and this the only one in color.
