Kodémus lives in a perfectly synchronized society, controlled by the master computer Moxon-50, when his 'Little Brother' -a device that arranges everyone's daily activities- goes awry.

The story takes place in 1910 in Montreal, Quebec, while a killer terrorized the city. In the same period, Florence and Camille Courval, two sisters originating in French Manitoba inherit the Eden Museum, where statues of wax in connection with criminal news are housed.

Elishka loves animals. She rides a horse that got injured in the riding arena and has to be taken to the slaughterhouse. So the girl buys a horse and keeps it at home in the garden. Eliška's mother suffers her daughter's dog and cats at home, but she does not want to reconcile with the horse. With the help of the children, Eliška manages to place the horse in a nearby state farm. The children take care of the horse enthusiastically and intervene very actively when the sick horse threatens to die...

In this episode of the crime miniseries, Jan Kanyza, playing Major Bohuslav, investigates three murders that initially appear to be unrelated... Captain Mazancová rejoins the investigation team. The dead man, found in his apartment, was Hes, a blind drug dealer who once caused the death of a young girl. Her mother, Mrs. Arnoštová, is currently serving a prison sentence for taking revenge on him and causing his blindness. The second corpse is discovered by detectives literally in pieces, with parts of the body wrapped in plastic found in the river and elsewhere, and it takes a long time to identify the dead man.

Four good friends from their youth—Karel, Filip, Pupík, and Caprio—meet over a beer at a pub. During this gathering, memories of the legendary Bambus camp, where they regularly went in their youth and spent the best years of their lives, keep coming back to them. Out of pure nostalgia, they decide to visit the camp again—but this time on bikes! Since Karel has just left the army, Filip has quit his job as a doctor at a women's clinic, and Caprio is a freelance actor, they have plenty of time. Pupík takes time off work, and they're ready to go! At the last minute, however, Karel is put in charge of his teenage son Jura, who, like his father, is not at all happy about spending several days together.
