「のんたれ（I AM NON）」は、全10エピソードのドキュメンタリーと、のんが初めて手がけたオリジナル映画「おちをつけなんせ」で構成された作品。ドキュメンタリーパートでは、のんが監督、主演、脚本、演出、衣装、編集、音楽などを担当し、岩手県遠野市で映画作りに奮闘した1年半を映し出す。のんがインスピレーションを受けた桃井かおり、是枝裕和、片渕須直といったクリエイターたちも登場する。

NON PLUS ULTRAS is a comedy with a social subtext. It takes a satirical look at a short stretch in the life of five "fans" of one Prague football club who belong to the hardcore supporters - ultras or hooligans. The gang members' lives revolve around football. They revere their "world-famous" English counterparts and uncritically take them as their role models. The undeclared leader of the gang is Bejcak (played by David Novotny), a charismatic young man of around 30 years old with natural authority. He is not stupid; he likes to use foreign words, but always in a slightly unsuitable context. The oldest member of the gang is the lonely forty-year-old Tycka (Vladimir Dlouhy), whom Bejcak took under the gang's wing. Tycka is much older than the others. The stuttering youth Pejsek (Karel Zima) is a fanatic lover of all things "English". He is seconded by the none-too-bright Potapec (Michal Novotny) and the agile, wiry Vocko (Matej Hadek), who is constantly devising new loutish exploits.

A night in the life of a 24-hour ‘Non-Stop’ store located in a neighborhood of apartment buildings. Four people lead different stories connected by a key character, Achim, the owner of the Non-Stop.

But what does Zénon represent for us today, and what has become of him? How can this entirely fictional philosopher, doctor, alchemist and inventor from the Renaissance help us understand the era in which he lived as well as our own in these uncertain times? This is what this documentary sets out to do.

Set to the music of Hindemith, filmed entirely in a Gothic cathedral and edited to precision counter-point. An almost somber beginning that rises to brilliant exaltation. As with PASTORALE, extremely innovative for its day and even now. Entire film was an "optical print" to retain light nuances. Has never been placed in competition.
