Tor Varhaug is back after an almost perpetual leave of absence from the Planning and Building Services. Now he has taken the step further and got a new job at NAV. Here he tries everything to do as little as possible, but his boss Linda is a master of delegation and give a whole bunch of new tasks to our anti-hero.

After years on the dole due to psychiatric problems in previous job, Tor Varhaug find him self suitable for a job confronting others in his previous life situation. Bad memories seems to haunt him in the form of former working associates.

T. and T. is a Canadian-produced television series, in production from 1987 to 1990. The series premiered in first-run syndication in January 1988, later moving to new episodes on the Family Channel in 1990. It was a starring vehicle for Mr. T, after the cancellation of The A-Team in 1986.The series’ theme song was performed by Merry Clayton.The opening voice-over set-up the premise:

T.S. Turner is a former boxer who is accussed of a murder he didn't commit. All was lost but, thanks to public defender Amanda Taler, he was proven innocent. Now he works as private eye and, along side Taler, sets out to help those who can't defend themselves in and out of the justice system.
