夜深人静，小老鼠杰瑞小心翼翼溜出鼠洞，准备找点儿吃的东西。谁知汤姆正守在洞口，他拿着菜刀追逐这个可怜的小家伙，令杰瑞疲于奔命，无处可逃。无意之中，杰瑞看到一本关于狗狗的杂志。于是他有了好点子，决定买来一条凶恶的大狗对付汤姆。杰瑞说干就干，很快写了一封订购信。不久，卡车运来一只大木箱，然而令杰瑞想不到的是，木箱内竟然出来一条比他身形还要小的小狗。汤姆见到这一幕乐不可支，走下楼来决定戏耍他们。谁知狗不可貌相，这条小狗竟然有着超级强大的战斗力，咬起人来毫不含糊。 猫、狗、鼠，一场最为强大和暴力的战争即将展开……
