三年前的一场交通事故令凉宫遥（栗林美奈实 配音）陷入了昏迷之中，鸣海孝之（谷山纪章 配音）一直将交通事故的责任归结在自己的身上，因此陷入了痛苦和颓废之中，在此期间，爱慕着孝之的速濑水月（高桥智秋 配音）不离不弃的照顾和鼓励着孝之，两人不知不觉之中就开始了宛如情侣一般的半同居生活。 某一日，凉宫遥突然从昏迷中苏醒了，因为脑部受伤，所以她的记忆暂时出现了混乱。孝之将此当做是赎罪的契机，于是一直守护着凉宫遥，水月将这一切都看在眼里，她直到，孝之真正喜欢的只有凉宫遥一个人，黯然之中，她选择了默默退出。
