Shabnam is an ambitious girl who wants to be a dancer. Her mother was also a great dancer but her father Tony is against it. Then comes Rahul in her life like a storm with a proposition to allow Shabnam to take part in dance competitions.

Khalifa Haroon instructs his daughter, Shabnam, to keep her face in a veil as she resembles Shubi, the region's Shehzadi. With soldiers under the command of Siparsala Zaber terrorizing the folks, a masked man comes out of nowhere to combat them, and people believe that he is the once-dead Zingarro. Shubi is displeased when she finally gets to meet her future husband, Khan Mustafa, as he is a cowardly buffoon. When Zaber finds out that he cannot control the Maharaja and the Wazir, he has the former imprisoned and the latter killed. When he is unable to influence Shubi, he has her kidnapped, and has Shabnam brought to the palace forcibly where he hopes to lure her to become the Shehzadi and marry him.

Inspired by the true story of Shabnam Mausi who overcame prejudice and became the first Hijra to be elected to public office in India. Shabnam (Ashutosh Rana) was born to a wealthy and privileged family, but when a band of eunuchs came to bless him not long after he was born, they discovered he too was a Hijra, and the infant was sent to live with others of his kind. Shabnam still has the love and support of his family, but not all the other hijras are so lucky, and one of the members of the group (Vishwajeet Padhan) kills Shabnam's brother in a fit of rage. Shabnam is blamed for the crime, and goes underground, relocating to a town where he comes to the rescue of a woman being sexually assaulted by a group of men. Shabnam's heroic act makes him a minor celebrity in the village, and he decides to use his new recognition to help drive a corrupt politician (Govind Namdeo) from office in an upcoming election.

The spoiled and arrogant brother, Bali, of notorious gangster, Kali Baba, enlists in the National Cadet Corps, and wants to have his way with his fellow-students and trainer, Inder Mohan Lahti, with comical results. When he meets Divya Thapa for the first time, he is smitten by her, and wants to marry her by hook or by crook. But Divya is in love with Karan, and both plan to marry each other. Circumstances act against them, and they flee together, with Kali Baba's men, and Divya's Police Commissioner dad, Yashpal Thapa, in hot pursuit, to an unknown destination, surrounded by a web of lies, deception, and no known resource to assist them.

Four young men re-locate from a village in India, to a big city. While attempting to access accomodation, they are repeatedly told that rooms will only be rented to married couples, not to bachelors. Frustrated at this, two of them disguise themselves as women, and pose as wives for the other two males. They are able to secure accomodation with the Mishra family. Complications arise when the two "women" fall in love with Mishra's two lovely daughters - with results that can only be described as hilarious.

Dr. Satish travels from the big city to a small village, where he can serve the poor who cannot afford to go to the city for medical treatment. Once in the village, he meets with Shanti, who lives with her dad, Radhekiran, a watchman. Both Shanti and Satish fall in love, and exchange vows to be married. Radhekiran has an accident, and dies, leaving Shanti to re-locate, without notifying Satish. Satish is devastated at losing Shanti, and tries to locate her, to no avail. His parents want him to marry Kamini, and he agrees to do so. It is then he comes across Shanti, and he is shocked to see that Shanti has given birth to baby-boy, but will not disclose who the father is.
