A plot of land, a house by the lake, its changing inhabitants. This one plot of land reflects 70 years of German history from Weimar, the Nazis, the war, the Soviet occupation and reconstruction to the fall of the GDR.

The TARDIS returns Tegan to Heathrow Airport: Tall trees, peaceful, clear skies, thriving vegetation and a touch of sulfur in the air. Obviously the TARDIS is a little out of date (about three hundred years or so), but upon looking around the Doctor finds there's more amiss than his navigational controls, all arising after a recent comet crash that was not on Earth's schedule.

In 17th century England, the Doctor and itinerant thespian Richard Mace uncover a plot by a crew of criminal Terileptils to wipe out humanity.

Former companion Mark Strickson (Turlough) whisks Peter Davison, Janet Fielding and Sarah Sutton back to the filming locations for The Visitation. Also remembering their time on the story are key guest cast and crew including Michael Melia (Terileptil leader).

Surrealistic and strange, cast in grainy 16mm images, the film VISITATION allows an imaginary glimpse into the aura of 'an outer-world night'...the visions in the film are summoned from the filmmaker's imagining of a mythical eternity which is beautiful but fraught with pain, exposed by the ether voices and figures which inhabit the eternal ballet beneath our consciousness.
