本片改编自同名漫画，讲述了生活在海边小镇的高中生灰野胜彦，虽然和“可爱、聪明、爱干净，而且非常好色”的同级生新井玲子交往着，但每天都过着无法越过最后那道线的日子。某天，新上任的女教师伊泽学来到灰野家寄宿。灰野虽然和伊泽有着酒友般的微妙关系，但仍不断努力超越和新井之间的界限……！？
