几名高中毕业生考入了警察学校，高虹云（张盈真饰）因为家里都是做警察，所以也选择了走警察的路。赵亚男（谭艾珍饰）迷迷糊糊进来，在警察学校里最搞笑的就是她。片中归亚蕾饰演警察学校的队长，因为她雷厉风行的作风，被人取外号为老巫婆。电影后半部分就是这几名女警来到警署见习，跟队长周雄（向云鹏饰）扮便衣抓人，电影还加入了私娼，贩毒的戏份，尤其抓捕贩毒大佬苍蝇的时候，海陆空警员全部出动，将犯人绳之以法的那一刻真叫大快人心。

But hours of face-painting, elaborate costumes and intense coaching are first needed to try out for a lead role.
