西方古典音乐在十九世纪最著名、最奇特和凄美的三角恋爱，无疑来自舒曼、他的妻子克拉拉、以及勃拉姆斯。舒曼是勃拉姆斯的挚友和全力提携者，他那位美丽的妻子克拉拉也是一位天才的钢琴家和作曲家，血气方刚的勃拉姆斯发现自己对挚友和恩师的妻子产生难以道明的感情。然而，当舒曼因精神病发作而英年早逝后，勃拉姆斯和克拉拉却在之后三十多年里，始终保持距离。当克拉拉去世后，勃拉姆斯不久也追随而去。这个奇特的三角关系成为备受后人猜度的谜团。 法国当红女钢琴家、聪慧灵性的格里茂（著有两本自传体小说，都已翻成中文）试图从音乐里解开这个谜团。纪录片中，她探索这三位音乐家的作品，却发现唯一的答案就是：“爱”。 该片将参加2009年5月上海之春“用眼倾听－古典音乐纪录片展映”，由上海艺术人文频道播映。
