The Peanuts gang perform the classic Broadway musical. In addition to the classic songs, we see Charlie Brown and his friends perform the various comedy sketches of the play.

Signing up late for the Junior Olympics, Charlie Brown becomes a contender in the only available, and most demanding, event, the decathlon. With great difficulty, Charlie Brown, and later Marcie, train for the event. On the days of competition, the pair face the arrogant Freddy Fabulous and Snoopy as well as the "Masked Marvel." During the contest, Charlie Brown proves to be a surprisingly viable competitor.

The perennial failure Charlie Brown attends the National Spelling Bee and manages the worst sandlot team in the history of baseball. Linus loses and retrieves his security blanket. Snoopy the beagle dances wildly and plays shortstop. The irascible Lucy Van Pelt tricks Charlie Brown into kicking the football, but at the last minute she pulls it back and sends him flying onto his back. Although he loses the spelling bee, his friends gladly welcome Charlie Brown back to town upon his return. Featuring nearly two-dozen songs, and a talented voice cast that captures the memorable character personalities.

At summer camp, the boys compete and are seemingly hopelessly outmatched by the female campers.
