Jola and Wiesiek, the idiosyncratic operators, are each trying in their own way to cope with the crisis and revive business. 　　The closing of the mines and the resulting unemployment in Bytom left behind all those who were unable to adapt to the new age. In the huge hall, they put increasingly absurd and worthless objects on the counter. The once lucrative trade in jewellery, electric devices and furniture has dwindled and however hard the employees work, the till stays empty. The wiring is unsound, nerves are raw and the tone between them gets rougher. Before they know it, the small business has turned into a kind of counselling centre: drying tears, ladling out soup and giving away goods instead of selling them. Jola in her voluminous fur coat always has an open ear and a warm blanket ready. Wiesiek devises one marketing scheme after the other. But will it be enough to save their business? 巴西政变，1964；文革，1966；布拉格之春，1968；巴黎五月风暴，1968。导演若昂·莫雷拉·塞勒斯发现已故母亲四十年前拍下的片段，她在文革爆发当年到过中国，亲眼见证革命理想的幻象，与个人崇拜的疯狂。那是个火红年代，同一天空下，巴西的左倾总统因美国撑腰的军事政变而流亡海外， 捷克的民主运动如火如荼却遭到苏联坦克镇压，巴黎学生则占领校园让革命之火席卷全国。鉴古知今，塞勒斯以类似克里斯·马克的诗意光影沉思，回溯半世纪前的浩瀚波澜。

一辆豪华跑车停在蚌埠市中心的商场门口，销售出来迎接车主谷峤，说该改口叫她栾太太了。谷峤走进店里，故意为难一个叫莉莉的销售给自己试衣服，然后买了除了莉莉试过之外的所有衣服走了。此时的上海，袁歌正在和客户在高尔夫球场谈生意，面对客户的刁难，她帅气丢掉高尔夫球杆，转身离开。助理郑宴熙担心项目会黄，袁歌却告诉助理，她做过调查，那个客户是在虚张声势。果不其然，对方很快主动打电话要求签合同。袁歌回来老家参加闺蜜谷峤的婚礼，却发现谷峤状态不对，谷峤借口自己可能只是婚前恐惧。婚礼上，谷峤发现那个莉莉就坐在台下，而栾宇竟然带着莉莉之前推荐过自己却没买的袖扣。谷峤回忆起婚礼前几天，莉莉给自己发来的她和栾宇在自己婚床上的亲密合照，而栾宇的谎话连篇让谷峤没办法再继续这场婚礼，谷峤甩开了栾宇要给自己带上的结婚戒指，斥责栾宇的出轨，栾宇的母亲上来给了谷峤一个巴掌，婚礼顿时乱成一团，袁歌趁机拉着谷峤离开。

谷峤和袁歌是一对来自小城的姐妹花，当初毕业一个选择留在上海打拼，一个选择回小城当贤内助。在将近而立之年，两人先后遭遇了前所未有的困境。袁歌多年只专注工作，疏于情感生活的同时身体也出了状况，她开始尝试改变自己；谷峤为爱八年间不断妥协，最终却只收获了一纸离婚协议，她决心重启自己的事业。这对姐妹花性格截然不同，却一样坚韧勇敢，不惧跌倒，在上海这样一个充满机遇但同时又容易令人迷失的大都市里，她们始终坚持、携手共进，共同克服生活的难题。互帮互助，互相成就，最终二人在各自的职场和情感上都有所收获，共同完成青春的蜕变，迎来全新的30岁。
