陆清欢接手爷爷失踪后的邪字号当铺，以收邪物、解麻烦为业。她先后处理吸魂链、饿鬼钱、子母蛇、姐姐牌等邪物，结识伙计虎子，与谢阳建立信任，获爷爷失踪线索。期间遭遇黑袍老者等反派觊觎邪物，几番交锋后因祸得福获得法力。后接下多宝轩老板娘鬼魂的委托，寻找害死她的邪刀，揭开梁老板被邪刀操控杀妻灭子的真相，成功收服邪刀并超度亡魂。最终，陆清欢得知爷爷失踪与羊皮地图及父母旧案相关，决心坚守当铺，继续追查爷爷下落。

In a misguided attempt to protect his family and pay back gambling debts to the local Mobster, Jimbo robs a fish market, which is coincidentally owned by the same Mobster. On the run, Jimbo is cornered in a local curio shop, where he takes hostage an assortment of colourful characters, including a man who may be his illegitimate father. Surrounded by the Police, the SAS and the Mobster's crew, the young man must find a way out of his precarious predicament with the help of his oddball captives.

The Bytom area was once known for its coal mines, but structural change has caught up with it, too. The decline of the region is vividly demonstrated by the pawnshop of the Silesian city. Probably the biggest of its kind in Poland, the shop has seen better days. Jola and Wiesiek, the idiosyncratic operators, are each trying in their own way to cope with the crisis and revive business. The closing of the mines and the resulting unemployment in Bytom left behind all those who were unable to adapt to the new age. In the huge hall, they put increasingly absurd and worthless objects on the counter. The once lucrative trade in jewellery, electric devices and furniture has dwindled and however hard the employees work, the till stays empty. The wiring is unsound, nerves are raw and the tone between them gets rougher. Before they know it, the small business has turned into a kind of counselling centre: drying tears, ladling out soup and giving away goods instead of selling them. Jola in her voluminous fur coat always has an open ear and a warm blanket ready. Wiesiek devises one marketing scheme after the other. But will it be enough to save their business? A documentary report from the “Polish Detroit”, observed with delicacy and pitch-black humour.

Charlie competes with his fellow shop assistant. He is fired by the pawnbroker and rehired. He nearly destroys everything in the shop and and himself. He helps capture a burglar. He destroys a client's clock while examining it in detail.

此类电影的代表作，道具，不同程度腐烂的尸体等等都上佳，配音相当好，几场男主角和Christine单独相处的时候的萨克斯配钢琴曲太美了，加上虚实结合，电影更多给人的感觉是凄凉。无论是配乐还是电影质量，都已大大的超越了困惑的浪漫。

一件破房子中，造型师岩田忠雄把自己做的人偶摆满了整间屋子，自从小时候双亲死亡，哥哥走散后，他就热衷于制作人偶，想象着他们能够附有生者的灵魂，可以与之交谈。最近他的得意作品“人偶五小娘”获得了极高的评价，但是紧接着五个少女死于非命的新闻开始传递开……
