10年前，横滨大东会会长大场（内田朝雄 饰）使离间计，令其下滨村组和港北会纷争不断，大场坐收渔利。滨村组组长抗争中被杀，滨村组成员郡司益夫（鹤田浩二 饰）亦射杀港北组组长。郡司因此获罪10年。出狱后郡司千方百计找到已隐其形的大东会，敲诈五百万日元，随后召集旧部，进军冲绳。 冲绳那霸地区为波照间（山本麟一 饰）和与那原（若山富三郎 饰）两个头目瓜分，其下还有若干流氓组织。郡司等人来后不久，看中冲绳港口贸易的大东会势力介入。波照间无奈向大东会低头，与那原一派则坚决抗争。郡司被迫与大东会媾和，但一切并非如此简单……

This action film tells the unique story of a biracial boy growing up in Taiwan. The boy, Chen Buo, was born to a Chinese mother and a Caucasian father, an American soldier. As a result, he is harassed by his fellow students and turns to a life of crime when he grows up.

A fairly entertaining yarn told in somewhat broad strokes with Wakayama playing against type as a reformed-gambler-turned- Christian minister. Of course, before the tale is finished he is forced by the utterly nefarious, heinous villains to once again pick up a sword and join fellow anti-hero Sugawara in wiping out Evil.
