文(郑伊健饰)与杰(郑伊健饰)是挛生儿，先幼常交换身份引来不小趣事，因父母离异，细孖(文)跟母亲留居香港，大孖(杰)则父亲移居泰国，到二十岁那年，杰回港探望文，其间他们又转换身份，杰借用文跑车一用，不幸发生意外，杰暂时半身不逐，杰更要求文前往泰国一趟，到达后，文认识杰女友珍(蔡卓妍饰)，更发觉杰为龙头大佬正身陷险处，另一边箱杰则发觉文与朋友正中(林海峰饰)有不寻常关系，可是又不能暴露身份，能否排除万难，回复「真身」呢？
