本剧讲述一位因失误而断送职业生涯的拳击手，为救人与黑帮斗智斗勇的故事。几年前的一场拳击赛，让他放弃了自己钟爱的拳台，但却没有放弃对拳击的热爱，回到家乡开拳馆收徒弟，依然努力地活下去。面对自己最寄予厚望的徒弟的背叛，面对自己爱之人的困局，不惧危险，勇敢上前。

香港回归祖国前夕，美国中央情报局查明，某国际恐怖组织正与香港制假业巨头勾结，将一大批装有微型炸弹的假冒V6牌牛仔裤运往美国。美中央情报局先后派出哈里、汤米、凯伦调查此案，但是发现疑云重重，到底谁是幕后扑朔迷离。V6公司在香港的供应商马库斯和香港警方，克服了一个又一个的难题，终于找出了这起恐怖案的幕后黑手哈里，而这时汤米和凯伦已经处于非常危险的境地。警方舍身救出了处境危险的汤米和凯伦，给恐怖分子以沉重的打击……

本片采取一镜到底的拍摄形式完成，讲述海豹突击队长杰克·哈里斯(斯科特·阿金斯 Scott Adkins 饰)率领队员执行秘密任务，试图在一个处于CIA管控下的黑狱中转移一名囚犯。
