《唇膏》讲述五个在收容所的少女的故事，她们与她们、她们与教官、她们与家人、朋友之间的故事，是 野岛伸司最擅长的探讨人物内心风格的日剧，能把人从骨子里震撼起来的作品。少女早川蓝 （ 广末凉子 饰）因一起伤人事件，被送去少年收容所。蓝沉默寡言，一有机会就企图逃出收容所，可她被教官有明悠 （ 三上博史 饰）抓个正着。与她同寝室的是四名性格迥异的少女，安奈 （ 中村爱美 饰）、惠里子 （ 伊藤步 饰）、真白以及小鸠。夜里，寝室里发生了一起自杀未遂事件，原来是安奈受到了男友 （ 洼冢洋介 饰）的教唆。她也正是因为男友的指使进行援助交际，两人才双双被送进了收容所。另一方面，蓝一门心思想逃出去，不服从教官管理。了解到内情的悠，帮助了她，并和她定下了约定，要她做一个乖孩子，争取早日出去。

A power struggle ensues after the death of media magnate Amos Kyne, whose corporation has been turned over to his sole heir, his foppish son Walter. Rather than run the company himself, Walter decides to let the heads of its three divisions fight it out for control.
