《分分钟做好美味中餐》是以民间中华美食大使黄瀞忆的同名烹饪书为基础制作的系列剧，我们将看到黄瀞忆教授两位新手如何烹饪中餐，在每一集中她都准备了两道正宗的经典中国菜，由两位从未尝试过烹饪中国菜的参与者在一旁观看。随后两位参与者将挑战自己，每人分别试着做一道之前学过的中国菜，与此同时，我们的主厨会烹饪第三道美食作为补充。

该节目是一档聚焦闺蜜关系的时尚改造类综艺。每期将邀请两位颇具知名度、且拥有独特见解的女艺人，在时尚相关领域顶级专家老师的协助下，对当期素人的闺蜜朋友，进行全方位的时尚改造。在改造过程中，向观众科普美妆知识，传授变美技巧，讨论关于美，关于闺蜜之间的趣事，使这对闺蜜在现场呈现真诚美好的闺蜜关系。
