鲜娅，60后川籍女诗人，诗风想象力奇特。北漂多年，在香山，靠卖红叶、矿泉水等维持生计，后辗转在十三陵、宋庄等地。2012年，被关进四川某精神病院。13年、14年出来一段时间，曾更新博客，后关闭博客，再无音讯。 2020年我想到鲜娅的时候，发现她虽然曾经活跃在网络上，但可搜索的痕迹却寥寥可数。 本片记录了2021年到2023年我先后与七八位朋友，三次入川寻找鲜娅的过程。

从台湾的海岸线到纽约史丹顿岛，一片末日荒景充斥着电子垃圾，人们不断游移在边缘，不愿意进入消费主义挂帅、白人种族主义至上、异性恋主宰的社会。 《鲜杀》作为郑淑丽首部剧情长片，由知名美籍菲律宾裔作家杰西卡．哈格多恩（Jessica HAGEDORN）编剧，透过科幻场景，揭示 全球环境危机与种族主义世界观环环相扣。片中一对跨种族女同志情侣卷入一场借由污染的生鱼片进行全球工业废弃物交换的跨国不法勾当，并开始与发展中国家的行动组织结盟，向主流社会反击。影片结合数位媒体和网路空间题材，呈现网路骇客、公众广播、跨国媒体等媒体景观，不但探讨了网路科技的大举入侵，也预示了未来跨国媒体与资讯骇客之间的冲突。
