小小的工作室中，艺术家正用粘土制作一尊美人雕像。雕像坯子几近完成之时，一撮多余的粘土被剔除出来。这块粘土幻化成一个小怪物，它不愿被抛弃，反而趁艺术家不注意又粘在雕塑上。正待喝酒庆祝作品完成艺术家突然发现这块多余的部分，于是将其取下，而小怪物似乎铁定了心，一定要成为雕塑的一部分。为此，它和艺术家展开了激烈的攻防战。 经不住小怪物的捣乱和苦苦哀求，艺术家终于答应了它的请求……
