洪水突袭，众人争相登船逃命。一艘神秘大船现身，却要求每人讲述真实经历方可上船。谎言与真相交织，谁能在洪水中登上救命之船？

那年冬天冷得邪乎，雪埋到脚脖子。她挺着大肚子出门捡柴，在路边发现一团瑟瑟发抖的毛球——一条受伤的小狗，冻得眼睛都睁不开了。家里只剩最后一把米，她还是熬了碗粥，一勺一勺喂进去。伤好后，小狗没走，就守在破屋门口。她临盆那夜，是它跑去找来邻村的接生婆；孩子学走路时，是它趴在旁边用身子挡着不让摔；外头有人来找麻烦，它龇着牙冲在最前面，硬是没让一个坏人踏进门槛。后来那年发了大水，它把孩子顶上岸，自己却被浪卷走了。许多年后，有个孩子蹲在村口，抱着一只一模一样的小狗跑回家，喊了一声：娘，它又回来了。

洪水安置费下发那天，全村人都拿到了巨额补偿，唯独我被村支书找了个荒唐理由排除在外。我没争也没闹，默默运来特种混凝土和防弹材料，把自家老屋修成了铜墙铁壁。邻居们都说我脑子坏了，直到第七天，大坝开闸泄洪，滔天巨浪瞬间吞没了他们刚提的新车和刚盖的楼房。当村主任和我大伯泡在浑水里，拍着我家防弹玻璃哭着求我开门时，我正切着牛排，慢悠悠拿起扩音器 —— 想进来？踩坏地面赔十万，进内舱取暖五万。你们手里都攥着上百万，买条活命，这点钱应该不算多吧？

ARIANE MNOUCHKINE’S FILM Tambours sur la Digue is a cinematographic transposition of her production performed by the Théâtre du Soleil troupe at the Cartoucherie theatre complex. This transition from theatre to film creates an additional story within a story, especially since it is about a dramatic work itself performed using a juxtaposition of theatrical forms and different levels of meaning and perception. The political and philosophical tale conjured up by Hélène Cixous takes place in a legendary, ancient China. The inhabitants are faced with a massive threat, a devastating flood that could wash away the city’s protective dykes. From prince to beggar, the imminent disaster brings out in everyone a moment of truth where the nature and character of human beings is revealed, where, in the face of doom, a pell-mell of sacrifice, wisdom, courage and cowardice, selfless commitment to saving the community, megalomania and personal interests all jostle and collide. 江云禾因身体缘由退居幕后，交由弟弟江星沉代管集团。恰逢弟弟临时出差，她便以总裁秘书的身份进入公司，于暗处把控全局。新入职实习生林清浅抱着江星沉的宠物，谎称怀有老板子嗣，以老板娘自居，在公司肆意行事，向员工定下各类规矩，甚至登门私宅摆出女主人姿态。可江星沉根本与她素不相识。江云禾凭借聪慧，逐步揪出幕后帮凶，守护集团安稳，林清浅也得到相应处置，公司回归正常秩序。

连续暴雨，上游大坝水位暴涨。林早眼睁睁看着前男友陈磊拿着她家宅基地补偿款，转头迎了她的闺蜜。林早连夜加固房屋、封死门窗，把小卖部打造成临时堡垒。三天后，青石坝垮塌，洪水吞没村庄。昔日嘲笑她的人全都泡在洪水里求救，陈磊和苏晴的婚礼也被冲毁。

根据为儿童小说改编，背景是二战后的马其顿孤儿院，其设立的真正目的不是照顾孩子，而是灌输政治观念。诗一般的视觉效果和演员精彩的演出，让童年时的友谊和一生中的背叛，引起观众的共鸣

Though Delluc's career was short-lived, it burst vigorously(7 films in 4 years)that it forever left its imprint on french cinema history, and they rightly honoured him by giving the annual Prix Delluc to the best French film of the year. He was responsible for the creation of influential cinema journals like Le Journal du Ciné-Club and Cinéa, founding numerous film societies, writing countless articles and coining the term "cineaste". Delluc believed that films should be set in the natural without elaborate posturing, and characters should be portrayed in an intimate way where the past and present, illusion and reality can be correlated, all considered to be avant-garde at its time. He died only a few weeks after the shooting of The Flood at the age of 33.
