天才拳击手小林真人（堤大二郎饰）在与来自冲绳、已不年轻的本城直哉（中井贵一饰）对战时，因轻视对手，被本城一记重拳击伤，几乎难以再度崛起。小林的姐姐麻子（檀富美饰）对本城怀恨在心，可在频繁接触后，竟渐渐心生爱意。原本将本城视作家人的新垣早苗，在看望并鼓励真人重新振作的过程中，与他相恋，还说服真人接受姐姐的感情选择。这部剧展现了即便遭受重创，也会在人生的拳击场上坚持到最后一声锣响的年轻人形象。演员亲自参与体育场景拍摄，故而被称作一部运动剧。

伴随着药物滴注的节奏，一个静脉输液架正在与死神争分夺秒地争夺一位癌症患者的生命，患者究竟能不能活下来？影片用温馨诙谐的风格和拟人化的可爱角色形象，化解了讨论死亡问题时的严肃与悲愁，简单的线条色块勾勒出丰富的情感表达，故事结局尤其令人感动，片尾还有导演本人出镜的有趣彩蛋。

Spaced的衍生纪录片！ A feature-length documentary on the series. At a hair over 80 minutes, it covers everything you'd like to know about the series, though there is a good deal of repetition from the commentaries (there's only so much you can say about 14 half-hour episodes of television.) Participation by the cast and crew, as well as guests like Walliams and Bailey, and fans including director Eli Roth and Internet figure Harry Knowles, make for an interesting and entertaining watch, which is built around a tour of the filming locations by Pegg, Stevenson and Wright. The whole thing culminates in a pretty funny moment that is almost too incredible to be coincidental, and is followed by a short "Spaced" sequel of sorts, for the hardcore fans of the series. The Internet sensation, "Master Pranksters" decide to take it to the extreme for their season finale. When the leader of the group, Ethan, announces that he is getting married and leaving the gang and the pranks behind, the rest of the founding members decide to pull off one final stunt; a "Cabin in the Woods" nightmare on their friend's honeymoon. What follows is a spiral decent into terror when the prank goes too far and the members of the group actually start dying.
