As a young man, Ike Nnaebue tried to flee to Europe. Twenty years later, he retraces the steps of his journey back then to find out what motivates young people today to expose themselves to the dangers of a passage into an uncertain future.

A young American serviceman, stationed in Germany after the fall of the Third Reich, jeopardises his position with the Marshall Plan relief effort by breaking the non-fraternisatiom rule and falling in love with a young German woman. He uses his position to obtain food and luxuries for her that are in short supply, and all seems to be going well for the couple. What he doesn't realise is that the Werewolves, the Nazi guerrilla movement, have plans in which he features heavily.

Film based on meetings with anonymous Predator drone pilots from the US military, operating the un-manned flights over Afghanistan and Pakistan. A drone operator discusses his daily routine. Off camera and off the record, he describes recurring incidents in which the unmanned plane fired at both militants and civilians - and the psychological difficulties he experienced as a result. Director Fast mixes fact and fiction, merging documentary shots of war zones with happy Las Vegas feature-film images. He erases reality by inventing his own, which is nonetheless true.
