También por la dialéctica de bloques que operó con rotundidad en este mismo espacio. Sin embargo, aunque todo eso esté ahí, de manera espectral, en lo que la artista centra principalmente su atención es en la reconstrucción de esta plaza en los años 90 como símbolo del nuevo orden político de la Alemania actual. Ahí se han construido edificios como monumentos al capitalismo corporativo que también construye a su manera muros y fronteras de exclusión.

美国青年理查德独自去泰国旅游，偶然认识了一个光头青年达菲，他告诉了理查德一些关于“神秘海滩”的秘密。第二天达菲神秘死去，留下了一张去“海滩”的地图。理查德于是准备和戈壁的法国情侣艾迪安和弗朗索伊一起前去寻找。但临行前理查德又偷偷的复制了一份地图留给刚刚认识的两个年轻人。　　理查德他们历经千辛万苦终于找到了神秘的“海滩”，那里有美丽的海滩，简朴的木屋，树影婆娑，自由自在的各色人等以及大量的大麻。他们发现来到由来自世界各地的“自然主义者”组成的一个地球村，像极了世外桃源。岛上的首领萨尔接纳了他们，但告诉他们不能再让任何外来人进入“海滩”。　　理查德、艾迪安及弗朗索伊很快融入了这个集体，大家一起劳动，一起游戏，日子过的非常的惬意。理查德和弗朗索伊相爱了，但不知道该如何面对弗朗索伊以前的男友艾迪安。一个大雨的日子，人们没有食物了，这时理查德下水捕鱼却遇到鲨鱼，最后奇迹般地从水中生还，还给大家带回来丰富的晚餐。理查德不但获得岛上的人们的尊重，也光明正大的和弗朗索伊呆在了一起。　　岛上没有了食物，理查德和萨尔回泰国的帕岩岛购买食物，人几乎所有人都提出了购物的要求，从阿司皮林、卫生棉条、巧克力到肥皂、电池、花茶，每个来自文明世界的人有点开始回忆过去的生活了。在回到帕岩岛后，萨尔发现理查德复制了地图给外人，理查德被迫和萨尔发生了性关系以求得萨尔的保密。理查德给弗朗索伊买了一个一次性相机，而岛上也有了一张“全家福”。　　岛上发生意外，两个人被鲨鱼袭击，一死一重伤。由于萨尔不同意医生进岛，事情僵持不下，伤者的伤势越来越重，不停的呻吟、吼叫，原来的欢乐气氛消失殆尽。这时候人性的自私开始显现，他们是一群可以共享乐，但不能共患难的人，最后居然一致同意把伤者丢弃在树林中，只有善良的艾迪安在一旁守着他。　　　有四名年轻的美国人拿着理查德复制的地图闯进了“海滩”，但被看守种植大麻的武装村民杀害。原来，种植大麻者与“海滩”之间曾订有口头之协议，不能再增加新的进入者。在种植大麻的秘密即将为世人所知的可怕之境下，他们要求所有人离开海滩。　　萨尔将枪口对准了理查德，惊醒了所有的住在那里的人，人们纷纷选择回到现实世界，离开了美丽的“海滩”。不久之后，重回正常世界的理查德收到了弗朗索伊的一份邮件，邮件里有一张大家在“海滩”的全家福，写着“永远爱你的弗朗索伊”。

小鹏（李亚鹏 饰）是一名事业有成的都市白领，和女友林茜（李霞 饰）交往多年，两人之间的感情十分稳定。林茜想要结婚，可小鹏的心中却对此充满了疑虑，经不住林茜三番五次的催促，小鹏回到了久违的故乡旭日海滩，去那里寻找很久没有联系的父亲。 小鹏的父亲热爱大海，因而忽略的家庭，这让小鹏和父亲之间的关系十分紧张，这不，刚刚见面没多久，父子两人就爆发了激烈的争吵。在加油站，小鹏偶遇了名为阿童（周迅 饰）的员工，便将气撒在了她的头上，导致阿童丢了工作。之后，小鹏事业受挫，爱情亦不如意，与此同时，他接到了来自故乡的电话，说小鹏的父亲出海之后再未归家，消失在了茫茫大海之中。

Everything is cheerful and pleasant at the seashore; the customers at the hotel think she's a poor widow - she always wears black - and treat her like a lady. This was the last American film by the French screen legend Jean Renoir. Critically panned when first released, the film later developed a cult following by many who consider it an existential masterpiece. A WWII Coast Guard veteran, Lt. Scott Burnett (Robert Ryan), is plagued by nightmares of his combat days. One day, he meets a woman, Peggy Butler (Joan Bennett), walking on a beach, picking up pieces of wood. Butler is married to a grumpy, blind painter, Ted Butler (Charles Bickford). Despite his affections for his fianc�e Eve (Nan Leslie), whose father is a boat builder, Scott falls in love with Peggy and soon breaks off the engagement. Peggy reveals that she blinded her husband years earlier by throwing a glass at him during an ugly spat, ruining his career and her own ambitions to be an upper-class socialite. Scott fears that Ted is suspicious that he is having an affair with Peggy and becomes so paranoid that he begins to believe that Ted is faking his blindness — and sets out to prove it. This was the fifth and final American film by the great French writer-director Jean Renoir.
