《逃离德黑兰》的制片公司Ley Line将把牛仔、黑帮、杀手、世界级扑克手Benny Binion的故事开发成剧集《血至尊》。该剧改编自Doug J. Swanson所著的《血至尊：Benny Binion的疯狂之旅》，讲述了Benny Binion身兼多重身份，他是“拉斯维加斯”的缔造者、非法敛财者、顾家好男人、杀手、慈善家、受欺压者的朋友以及可怕的敌人。Benny Binion几乎目不识丁，但凭借情报、个人魅力和天生的冷酷无情，他摆脱了得州警长的追捕，开着凯迪拉克，带着一百万美元和几支机枪来到拉斯维加斯，建立了自己的赌博王国和极权黑帮。
