 由姜妍 王磊主演。《中国古代爱情故事新编》是继《武林外传》之后，又一部另类搞笑、诙谐幽默的大型古装轻喜剧。该剧由北京电影学院文学系主任、著名编剧刘一兵担任总编剧，青年导演周晓刚执导，精选了中国古典文学和戏曲中的经典爱情故事，以现代人的视角进行全新解读。

该剧为系列剧，共六十集，每四集一个故事，讲述了十五个从古流传至今的经典爱情。如：《钗头凤》讲述南宋诗人陆游和唐婉表兄妹凄婉的爱情故事。《西厢记》讲述富家女崔莺莺与落魄书生张君瑞历尽磨难终成眷属的爱情故事。《孔雀东南飞》讲述焦仲卿和刘兰芝自由恋爱，在婆婆的拆散下，二人殉情而死的爱情故事。《梁祝》讲述祝英台女扮男装去书院读书，途中巧遇梁山伯，最后俩人双双化蝶的爱情故事等等。
