Mark decides to look into Watson's claim to have been framed, working together with Captain Cynthia Pike; even though it may make Steve look bad, he is happy to collaborate. Amanda hopes to work trough her an 'amicable' divorce from baby CJ's dad by becoming a medical examiner in the coroner's office but she finds nothing; this “negative“ finding is enough for Mark to prove there was a frame, and that Stang had motive and opportunity - he shoots himself; his gun was used for Janet's murder.
