《ザ!鉄腕!DASH!!》是日本电视台制作，由乐队组合TOKIO演出主持的人气综艺节目，至今已播出20年。 1995年11月2日 《鉄腕!DASH!!》开播，当时是30分钟的深夜档。 1998年4月12日 进军周日黄金档，扩大为58分钟，更名为《ザ!鉄腕!DASH!!》 。 节目早期企划多为 户外挑战和实验，其中幼犬回家，自行车竞速，三千元能走多远，三千步海外旅行等有趣的企划深受观众喜爱。 2000年DASH村企划启动，企划原旨在于在日本地图上留下自己的名字。此后11年间，TOKIO五人靠自己的双手建立起了一个村落。 2009年DASH海岸企划启动，TOKIO带领众人开始了清扫东京湾一角的淤泥，挑战制作海涂的行动。其间克服了红潮和台风等自然灾害的阻挠，成功地创造了虾蟹鱼贝得以稳定居住的生态环境，尝试的海藻养殖计划也成功落实。TOKIO因这一企划，受到了国土交通省的表彰。 2011年3月11日日本大地震后，DASH村受核泄漏影响废弃。 2012年超人气企划DASH岛企划启动，TOKIO五人转战荒岛，开始开发无人岛。他们在岛上建立了自己的铁道和水路，并亲手建成了一栋舟屋。目前仍在继续建设中。 2016年3月20日，世界上最好吃的拉面企划完结，历时两年制作出的拉面在试吃环节大受好评。 ザ!鉄腕!DASH!!目前播出的并行企划包括DASH岛、DASH海岸、0元食堂、当地PR课、出张DASH村等。 节目于1995年11月2日开播，至今仍保持极高的收视率，其中2014年9月28日放送的DASH岛+第二海堡特辑收视率高达24%。 2014年以18.4%的平均收视夺得当年日本综艺年间收视冠军。
