Retired docker Don and his wife Dora live cautiously within their means. Their daughter Joanne, a single parent, struggles to make ends meet but their property developer son David has a very high life style,mixing in circles far removed from his working class upbringing. However it is a lifestyle financed by credit and soon his world has crashed and burned. His wife takes a supermarket job and his son sells his computer games at school to raise cash as the trio move in with Don and Dora. But David persuades his father to mortgage his home and come up with fifty thousand pounds for a supposedly sound investment. It is no such thing and Don loses the lot. Aware at last that his son is a selfish wheeler dealer,cheating on his wife,Don ends up in hospital after suffering a coronary. Can the family pull together and teach David some humility in order to restore mutual trust?

A heartbroken young man rushes beneath a bus stop in Kuala Lumpur to escape an evening downpour. There, he strikes up an unexpected conversation with a woman who shares a similar experience of losing an interracial romantic relationship. As rain falls around them, the two strangers discuss love, heartbreak, and the lingering hopelessness that follows, as well as their different ways of coping with it. While the woman chooses to remain hopeful and optimistic about the future, the man finds himself clinging to the past, unwilling to let go of a love that once defined him. Their conversation unfolds through memories, reflections, and cinematic imaginings, revealing the deeply personal ways in which people make sense of grief. Yet something about the woman feels strangely familiar. The more they talk, the more the man notices uncanny parallels between her and his former lover. Drawn to her warmth and understanding, he begins to question whether their meeting is merely a coincidence or something more profound. Blending romance, melancholy, and surreal imagery, 雨过天晴 (After the Rain) is an animated short film about memory, healing, and the lingering traces of the people who shape our lives.

Khun Dech lost his childhood memories from the shock he suffered after witnessing his father being murdered brutally in a cave. His father was the guard who took care of the Buddha idol found in the cave. He died while trying to stop the thieves from cutting off and stealing the Bhudda idol’s head. When Khun Dech remembered everything, he began seeking vengeance. Yongyuth and Dara are Khun Dech’s best friends who knew each other since they were young. Yongyuth is determined to become a cop and Dara wants to be an archaeologist. Yongyuth secretly loves Dara, but Dara likes Khun Dech. However, Khun Dech falls in love with the dancer Buathong. All of them have different ways to protect their country’s posession, but what they have in common is the love for their country.
