A group of young American filmmakers travel to Peru to shoot a documentary on illegal mining. The locals talk about the Supay, an old pre-Hispanic demon, but the crew ignore the warnings and go into the forest. There, they are haunted by an invisible entity, which they try to visualize with their cameras. After a succession of deaths and inexplicable events, they will discover the real reason why they are there.
