《香港爱情故事》获得外界大回响，2021元旦伊始，香港无线电视台副总经理杜之克接受媒体访问时坦言：“现在收视数据直线上升，气势如虹。由于剧集风格以大家有共鸣的民生问题为主，无线决定打造【香港三部曲】，第一部讲买楼，第二部讲失业，第三部讲饮食，暂定每部12集到15集。”

该剧讲述了中国香港老、中、青三代不同年龄层的爱情故事。

文峰(《副本》)、Dominika Kachlik(《M jak milosc》)、尼坤(《一又二分之一的夏天》)、曾江将主演爱情喜剧片《香港爱情故事》。Keoni Waxman(《赦免》)执导，文峰也担任编剧，Aaron Shershow(《环太平洋2》)等任执行制作人，故事改编自真实事件，讲述文峰和尼坤饰演的两个名门望族子弟在香港寻找爱情，而他们的友情也因一个波兰模特(Kachlik)的出现而受到考验。计划12月在香港开拍。

据香港《明报》报道，龚嘉欣、罗天宇2020年12月18日为主演剧集《香港爱情故事》宣传，龚嘉欣大爆罗天宇拍该剧是执二摊（即捡别人不要的），原本男主角不属于罗天宇，但她觉得选择罗天宇十分正确，开拍第2辑男主角非他莫属。龚嘉欣同时表示希望在第2辑里不再有性感演出，希望有多些零妆容演出。

影片讲述富家子弟奥列弗和一位普通面包师的女儿简真诚相爱。奥列弗不顾家庭的反对毅然结婚。婚后的生活是幸福的，两人在经济拮据情况下奥列弗自力更生的完成了自己的硕士学业。毕业后，奥列弗成了一名挂牌律师，经济上有了起色，两个年轻人的新生活刚刚开始，但他可爱的妻子简却身患绝症撒手人寰离他而去。影片结尾，他一个人孤独的来到两人曾经一起游玩的溜冰场，看着洁白的雪，奥列弗不仅想起过去那一段段甜蜜温馨的往事……

一段纯爱浪漫故事，由一首乐曲连系着阿Ling（江若琳饰演）、小榛(文咏珊饰演)、Rex(何浚尉饰演)三人的关系。阿Ling自幼患有白血病，个性乐观的她，不把一切放在心上，唯独生命有限期的她，一直将所爱藏在她心底，亦不将病情告知好友Rex及小榛。 小榛自小跟妈妈从内地到港靠卖鱼为生，个性内向的小榛不擅表达自己，与阿Ling的性格是一冷一热，却成为互相关心的好朋友。小榛对Rex有好感，Rex却没有表示，而小榛也没有发现另一个男生阿曦（徐正曦饰演）正默默爱慕着她。 对音乐甚具天份的Rex作了一首音乐参加比赛，而这首音乐就是他为所爱女生所作，但他从未透露她的名字；毕业在即，三人各奔前程，他们之间并未发展进一步的关系，直至阿Ling病倒入院，才打破这种感情的缄默……
